Shipment Timeframe
If you place your order before 2:30 pm WAT (Monday-Friday), allow 4-5 days for processing before shipping. Some orders may ship after 5-8 working days due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, or inventory counts. Shipping rates, options, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout based on location and service chosen. We aim to improve logistic methods to reduce shipping costs. Efforts for efficient and eco-friendly delivery may cause a 5-7 day delay depending on the chosen shipping option.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
At the checkout stage, shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery times will be shown based on your chosen location and service. Our goal is to offer the quickest and most cost-effective shipping solutions available. Feel free to reach out with any shipping inquiries or requests, and we will strive to assist you promptly.
Rejecting or Declining Shipped Orders.
After an order is dispatched, the customer is responsible for accepting the delivery. If the customer fails to respond, declines, or refuses the delivery, Elegant Woman may charge for shipping and duties both ways. Refunds will be issued after deducting these costs. To receive the items, a new order must be placed if the original order was unsuccessful. We do not take responsibility for packages returned due to inaccurate addresses. Additional shipping fees for resending must be paid beforehand. Elegant Woman is not liable for items delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete details.
