CANCELLATION OF ORDER
At Elegant Woman, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order or an item purchased online. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us at connect2elegantwoman@gmail.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before it is dispatched, and we will issue you a full refund. Please note that all cancellation requests must be made in writing, including your order reference number, within 12 hours of placing the order.
RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND
Elegant Woman’s Return Policy:
- Returns for exchange are accepted only if items are damaged or if customers receive a different item from what they purchased.
- Full refunds will be issued if items ordered are out of stock before shipment.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Please reach out to connect2elegantwoman@gmail.com to initiate a return request. You must receive authorization before returning any items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, so choose a traceable method and keep proof of postage until confirmation of receipt.
REFUND
To initiate a return, please visit hello@elegantwomanbydee.com and provide your order number along with your email ID to commence the process.
Please handle goods carefully for returns, ensuring they are unworn, undamaged, with tags intact, and returned within 12 days. Label the package as “RETURNED GOODS” at the original value. Please refrain from using force while trying on clothes and avoid wearing perfume or deodorant to prevent any marks. Kindly ensure that hygiene seals remain intact for refunds.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure to return the product(s) in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition, following our returns policy. Note that the initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If you opt to return the item using your preferred carrier, you will be accountable for the shipping expenses associated with the return.
REFUNDS
Before shipping, products undergo thorough checks to meet high standards. Full refunds are issued for items with errors, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds are credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, even if expired or cancelled. If a new card is issued but linked to the same account, refunds are still credited to the old card number. If you received a promotional discount, any refund will reflect the adjusted order value. Return complimentary items for a full refund. For promotional packages like buy one get one free, return the free item or its cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns are processed in the order received, taking 5 to 8 working days or longer during busy times. Contact connect2elegantwoman@gmail.com if no response within 8 days of delivery.
Handle items carefully, use trackable shipping with insurance, and keep proof of postage. Customer-damaged goods will be returned.
